At the Flying hot saucer, we are passionate about tasty food, hot sauces and good times.

 

Inspired by fermentation, Kevin - the founder, created Flying hot saucer to put his passion to work crafting unique hot sauces, all naturally fermented, creating a unique, rich and deep flavour profile on every sauce.

 

Each sauce has been designed to allow hot peppers to shine through, balanced out with the natural sweetness and acidity of various fruits or vegetables creating unique combinations.

 

But why "Flying hot saucer"?
Well, first of all, the pun is quite funny. Secondly, this allows us for creative endless - just like outer space - to designs sauces referencing UFO's, TV Series, Movies,  Music and much more…to take you in this journey with us.
