Our Jalapeno comet is named after the "green comet effect" and is inspired by Mexican salsa. It is made using only fresh peppers and is naturally fermented for 2 weeks for a tasty, slightly sour and salty, hot sauce with a low heat level.
The "green comet effect" is a natural phenomenon that happens when a comet carrying diatomic carbons gets in contact with solar winds resulting in a green-flare.
This is not just a tasty sauce as it comes packed with health benefits thanks to the natural fermentation process which helps the body to break down food and better absorb nutrients, promoting a better gut health. The sauce is then pasteurized to eliminate all bad bacteria and improve shelf life.
Our sauces are naturally fermented without added salt, sugar, fats or chemical preservatives and E numbers.
Try it on French fries or on fried eggs or pulled pork.
